BACs search:
Searches for BACs in the Medicago truncatula pseudomolecule, generates images displaying selected BACs on all chromosomes along with all known BAC borders and contigs.

To do the search, enter one or more sets of BAC accessions and click on "CViT BACs Search" button. Accessions can be separated by commas, spaces, tabs or line returns.

Here is some sample data for BAC search.
region search:
Searches for pseudomolecule regions and generates images displaying these positions on all chromosomes.

To do the search, enter one or more sets of pseudomolecule regions in the format of "chromosome-start-end" then click on "CViT position Search" button. pseudomolecule regions can be separated by commas, spaces, tabs or line returns. Here is some sample data for location search.

The results page will show two views of the selected BACs or positions highlighted on the Medicago truncatula pseudomolecule: a large, zoomed in view, and a smaller whole-genome view. BACs in the large view are clickable links to genome assembly browser. Highlighted regions in both large and small views are clickable links to the broswer too.

BAC borders are shown on chromosomes. Light gray indicates BAC borders that are inside contigs; black BACs are on edges of contigs.

Gaps are shown on chromosome. The lables 'BES' beside chromosomes indicate gaps that spanned by BAC-end sequences; The hollow regions on chromosomes indicate hard gaps that are of unknown sizes.
